- Episodes that have aired in both Canada and the US.
- Promos that have aired on TV without referencing upcoming storylines. For instance saying "Clare and Eli looked so cute in the new promo!" is okay so long as you do not discuss the details of their upcoming storyline.
- Information on the Teennick, Much Music, or CTV websites.
2. Please make sure to include your board user name when posting in the chatbox. This is so that the staff will be able to contact you on the board if a problem arises in the chat box. Here is the format:
